Eligibility The 30-day guarantee applies only if: • You are a first-time customer • Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of delivery • You purchased directly from the official T-MAX website Multiple Item Orders If your order included multiple units of a product: • Only one unit may be opened or used • Any remaining units must be unopened and returned to qualify for a full refund If multiple items were opened or used, we reserve the right to partially refund or deny the request.
