If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
The 30-day guarantee applies only if:
• You are a first-time customer
• Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
• You purchased directly from the official T-MAX website
Multiple Item Orders
If your order included multiple units of a product:
• Only one unit may be opened or used
• Any remaining units must be unopened and returned to qualify for a full refund
If multiple items were opened or used, we reserve the right to partially refund or deny the request.
How to Request a Refund

Return Requirements
If a return is required, the following conditions apply:
• Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service

Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.
If a return is shipped without tracking and the package is lost, we cannot issue a refund.
Return Shipping

Refund Processing

Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are billed automatically based on the schedule selected during checkout.
Customers are responsible for managing their subscription through their account.
If a subscription renewal order is processed because it was not cancelled before the billing date, it cannot be refunded.
Refund Abuse
